​Innovator’s Lab: Guided Exploration for Future Makers

Innovator’s Lab is a premier, hands-on STEM program designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong passion for discovery in learners from preschool through elementary school (Ages 2 to Grade 6). In this vibrant, multi-sensory environment, children dive into guided, inquiry-based exploration. Our labs are uniquely structured around immersive, seasonal themes deeply connected to our home state of Florida—bridging the wonder of the Space Coast’s aerospace industry with the vital environmental science of the Indian River Lagoon. Guided by certified Apple Teacher educators, students use interactive technology and lab materials to turn curiosity into real-world understanding.

Through the Little Innovators Lab (Ages 2-6) and Lab: Future Engineers (Grades 1-6), students explore:

 

• Thematic Florida STEM: Engaging in hands-on projects that celebrate Florida’s unique ecosystems, seasonal shifts, and landmark space industries.

• Guided, Inquiry-Based Exploration: Learning to ask questions, test hypotheses, and build confidence through active, playful experimentation.

  ​​

• Sensory & Environmental Engineering: Diving into age-appropriate challenges, from sensory science for our youngest makers to lagoon conservation projects for older youth.

  ​​

• Creative Tools for Discovery: Using technology and laboratory equipment as platforms for active creation, problem-solving, and self-expression rather than just passive consumption.
