​PBL & Engineering & Design: Where Big Ideas Take Shape

PBL & Engineering Design is a premier, hands-on STEM program designed specifically for curious creators and future problem-solvers (Grades PreK through 6). In this vibrant, collaborative innovation lab, children make the exciting leap from imagining solutions to designing, prototyping, and building real-world projects. Guided by certified Apple Teacher educators, students utilize engineering design thinking and creative technology to transform their ideas into functional blueprints and physical inventions.

Through these classes—including Books & Blueprints, TinkerTales, and our core PBL Engineering & Design labs—students explore:

• The Engineering Design Process: Learning how to ask questions, imagine possibilities, plan out ideas on paper, and create physical models.

  ​​

• Florida Standards-Aligned Curriculum: Every challenge is intentionally woven with Florida State Standards to reinforce essential science, math, and critical thinking skills.

  ​

• The Blueprint-to-Build Experience: Discovering how to map out ideas using interactive tools before bringing them to life through hands-on fabrication and testing.

• Creative Problem-Solving: Using technology and laboratory materials as active tools for creation, innovation, and self-expression rather than just consumption.

At the end of the program, your child won't just walk away with a project—they'll have a portfolio showcasing their very own engineered masterpieces to share with family and friends!
